CNY dinner - the spread

Our modest reunion dinner, mostly home cooked minus some that's bought cooked.



Yee Sang, a must have during CNY as it signifies much good and prosperous things

My pride, the Four Season dish of stuffed yutiao, quail eggs wrapped in fish and shrimp paste, fried wanton and steamed seaweed dimsum

Salted vegetable - this was bought from PJ States Duck Rice

Dried curry chicken - mum made this

Dad's specialty, Braised sea cucumber, chinese mushroom and pork ribs

Mum's specialty, Chinese lettuce and pork stomach soup cooked with black pepper

Braised Duck - this was bought from PJ States Duck Rice
