CNY dinner - the ingredients

Braised sea cucumber, pork ribs and mushrooms (for grandma who's without teeth)

Braised duck (this is cold, to be drenched with the heated sauce)

Stuffed fried yutiao, amongst others


Stir fried vegetables, known in Cantonese as "pak lin hou hap"


A mixture of macadamia nuts, lotus roots, chickpeas, holland beans, baby maize, carrots and bulbs
