Taipei Day 4 - Lunch at Beitou Hot Spring


Cold dish of jelly fish and sweetened fish???

Looks a little like Shisamo... sweet, and really tasty.

Pork slices with spring onion leaves..

A local dish called "San Pei Chicken"... it refers to 3 something... Really good.


Fried rice, a most basic, yet fulfilling dish...

"San Pei Chicken" is one cup of saseme oil, one cup of rice wine plus one cup of soya sauce. Cook with ginger and chinese basil leaves. Pretty easy, try it!
