Professional blood sellers

Ever heard of such a profession? Apparently in the northern region of Vietnam, there are such people making a living selling blood.

These people mainly consist of the low income bracket, and guess what. They're paid VND600/ml of blood. That's roughly equivalent to USD37.50 for every litre of blood sold. Can you imagine that?
