Pre-Disney Breakfast
Getting a big hearty breakfast was crucial to a full day in Disney. By now, you'll notice I've not mentioned any meals in the hotel that we stayed in. Breakfast was provided. But in Hong Kong, it'll be impractical not to eat the hawker/cafe fare..
After effects of Stinky Tofu
This will be a short blog.
Apparently, the after-taste of the stinky tofu lingers in the stomach with the excrement.
The toilet smelt of stinky tofu once I've downloaded the previous night's dinner and supper!

Stinky tofu
I've not managed to get a photograph of the stinky tofu that I ate at Mongkok. It costs HK2, equivalent to about RM1 /piece.
Before the trip, I was told that we could smell the stink from one end of the street to the stall. It wasn't the case. I actually had trouble locating the stall that sold this HK delicacy.
When I actually found it, it looked simply like a piece of fried tofu, with a slight herby scent to it. Taking a bite, the sensation of the smell hit home like an 18 wheeler. Phew! Not pungent, but definitely an acquired taste. I took two bites, felt the rotten texture of the tofu in my mouth, and the rest went into the rubbish bin.
Yucks!
